FIRMA DE ESCRITURAS: 77 NUEVAS FAMILIAS ARRECIFEÑAS YA SON PROPIETARIAS DE SUS CASAS

En la mañana de hoy, 77 vecinos de Arrecifes concretaron el sueño de la casa propia con la firma de las escrituras sociales en el marco del programa de regularización dominial ¨Mi escritura, mi casa¨, llevado adelante por el Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires en conjunto con nuestra Municipalidad.

Con la presencia del intendente Fernando Bouvier; la representante de la Escribanía General de Gobierno bonaerense, Claudia Defelito; y el responsable de Asesoría Letrada municipal, Javier Saromé, se entregaron las escrituras sociales en el auditorio Atilio Santiago Giraudo del Centro Cultural.

Durante el acto también se oficializó el levantamiento de hipotecas de viviendas de vecinos de nuestra ciudad, así como el otorgamiento del régimen de bienes de familia.

La regularización dominial es una etapa necesaria para alcanzar el máximo grado de seguridad y legitimidad sobre la vivienda: la obtención de la escritura. Con el acto de firmas de hoy, 77 familias de Arrecifes se convirtieron en propietarias legales y recibirán las correspondientes escrituras en las próximas semanas.
