LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE ARRECIFES DENUNCIÓ ANTE LA JUSTICIA LA USURPACIÓN DE TERRENOS PRIVADOS

La Municipalidad de Arrecifes informa a la comunidad que, este domingo, se presentó en la Estación de Policía Comunal para denunciar ante la Justicia la usurpación que se está llevando adelante en un predio privado ubicado en calles San Salvador y Ecuador.
La denuncia se radicó al haberse tomado conocimiento de que ese terreno, que se encuentra en sucesión judicial, se está loteando y vendiendo parcelas por una persona ajena al mismo. Esto determina que, las personas que se encuentran en el predio, están cometiendo el delito de usurpación.
Se aguarda la pronta resolución de la Justicia para que las fuerzas de seguridad procedan de acuerdo a lo que manda la ley.
