PRODUCCIÓN RURAL: EL INTENDENTE VISITÓ LA ESTANCIA EL CENCERRO

Desde el inicio de su gestión en la Municipalidad de Arrecifes, el intendente Fernando Bouvier viene manteniendo innumerables encuentros con vecinos, integrantes de entidades intermedias y de organismos oficiales, comerciantes y empresarios, entre otros.

En esa política de cercanía con la gente decidida por el mandatario local, este martes se trasladó a la estancia El Cencerro, ubicada en el paraje El Crisol.

Acompañado por el secretario de Obras Públicas, arquitecto Ruben Orozco, y por el jefe de Mantenimiento Vial, Ezequiel Abal, el Intendente se entrevistó allí con el propietario de la estancia, Raúl Cata.

El Cencerro cuenta con un tambo de 1.300 vacas, con 600 en ordeñe, convirtiéndose en un establecimiento productivo rural de importancia. Por ello, las autoridades municipales y el señor Cata dialogaron sobre la diagramación de trabajos para mejorar los accesos a los caminos rurales y realizar un mantenimiento permanente de los mismos, de manera de favorecer la salida de la producción de éste y de otros campos.

Bouvier considera al sector rural como un motor económico y de trabajo fundamental para el desarrollo del Distrito, por lo que se comprometió a poner todo el empeño del Estado municipal en apoyo de sus necesidades.
