Días pasados, el intendente Fernando Bouvier recibió la visita de Manuel Conde, un joven estudiante español que se encuentra en Arrecifes por un intercambio educativo. Participó del encuentro, además, el director de Producción, Empleo y Control Sanitario, Freddy Manzotti.
Manuel es oriundo del municipio de Ponferrada, perteneciente a la provincia de León, y actualmente cursa la tecnicatura en Agroecología. Permanecerá en nuestra ciudad por un período de tres meses capacitándose en un proyecto regenerativo de suelos en un campo del productor agropecuario Roberto Donnola.
Bouvier mantuvo una interesante charla con el estudiante español, resaltando esta propuesta de intercambio educativo e interesándose respecto de los nuevos avances de la agricultura regenerativa, una alternativa a un modelo de agricultura de larga escala que ha afectado el medio ambiente, y que en base a diversas técnicas busca reconstruir la materia orgánica y la biodiversidad de un suelo.
Ambos compartieron perspectivas en la búsqueda de promover el intercambio de conocimientos para fomentar prácticas agrícolas más respetuosas con la ecología.
