La Dirección de Defensa Civil de la Municipalidad de Arrecifes informa que el Servicio Meteorológico Nacional emitió un alerta naranja para nuestra ciudad y su región, por severas tormentas que podrían desatarse este miércoles hasta la noche. Este fenómeno sería causado por el frente frío que se va a ir desplazando de sudoeste a noreste en el transcurso del día.

El principal fenómeno que afecta a la región son las lluvias con abundante caída de agua en cortos períodos, pero también pueden generarse tormentas, algunas acompañadas de ráfagas fuertes de viento que podrían superar los 90 km/h, intensa actividad eléctrica y ocasional caída de granizo.

Se estiman valores generalizados de precipitación acumulada entre 50 y 90 mm pudiendo ser superados de forma puntual durante todo el evento.
