En el intenso programa de ordenamiento de tránsito vehicular que lleva adelante la Municipalidad de Arrecifes, personal de la Dirección de Inspección y Tránsito, junto a efectivos de la Jefatura de Policía Comunal de Arrecifes, continuó con distintos operativos de prevención durante este fin de semana largo.
Los mismos se desarrollaron en diferentes horarios y lugares de la ciudad, labrándose numerosas infracciones por incumplimiento de las normativas de tránsito. También se secuestraron dos autos cuyos conductores arrojaron resultado positivo a los test de alcoholemia, y varias motos por no poseer la documentación exigida para circular, por maniobras peligrosas y por utilizar accesorios no reglamentarios, como escapes libres y los denominados “cortes”, que alteran el orden público.
En todos los casos interviene el Juzgado de Faltas de la Municipalidad.
